Unbreak My Heart

There are seven stages of grief and we all go through it at different rates. Some of us take a lifetime to fill the void that that person was. Sometimes grief hits you in an instance. Anything will make you reminisce and cry. Sometimes during the process things go unsaid. People don't get told off. Sometimes we off the whole world just for a quarter of peace. It doesn't matter who you lost, just remember that grief has no time limit. It's okay to keep going but you can't skip the process. Take all the time you need but don't pause in time stuck on death. Grieve and grow. Cry and walk the mile. Make peace but don't ever let someone walk all over you. Stand up for yourself in the worst part of the process. Be kind to those going through the process because grief has no address. It will overstay its welcome. Get counseled. It's a must! Reach out to a grief counselor near you and say, "It's time I learn to let go!" You're not letting them go because they live in you but you're letting go of all the negative an unsaid words you've hidden since. Please go to therapy.
